We’ll walk you through our services and capabilities, as well as offer some insights (we call this a mini-audit) of how your site is currently ranking, how customers are finding you, and what your competitors are up to. This helps us identify whether your goals are aligned with what your brand needs, and what your customers want.
Just as you’re looking at us to find the right fit, we’re doing the same! That means if we discover you need services that are outside of our capabilities, we’ll recommend experts we know and have worked with, so you can streamline your search!

Once we identify what you need, we’ll create a custom proposal that includes our recommended services and pricing to complete the work. No matter the size of the project, we'll help you find creative solutions that fit your budget. Next, we’ll send you the proposal to review and approve—pending any alterations.
Contract & Timelines
Once we're on the same page, we'll send you a contract that outlines the proposed services and includes estimated timelines and terms and conditions.
You review it, sign it, and then the fun part begins! We typically require a 50% deposit before work can begin.
We’ll schedule a Discovery Session with you and any stakeholders you wish to include in the meeting. During this 1-2 hour session, we’ll meet either virtually or in-person to dive deeper into your brand’s target audience, attributes, and tone/messaging.
Gathering this information before the project begins is essential to its success and impact! We base the discovery on previous conversations from our initial consultation and then kick it into high gear by taking an in-depth look at industry trends and insights and assessing your current rankings, competitors, and key differentiators.
This meeting will also ensure we’re all on the same page with deliverables, deadlines, designated points of contact, and how to send feedback.
You'll receive each creative file or document on the date outlined in your timeline. Content will be sent in the format (e.g. Google Drive, MS Word, MailChimp, PDF, etc.) and/or files (eps, png, jpg, gif, etc.) discussed during the Discovery.
Once you receive content, you'll have ample time (based on the approved timeline) to review with your team and/or partners and submit feedback or edits. Once we receive feedback, we'll provide requested revisions and final file versions upon approval.
